During our shadowing week we took in a lot of information about our NGO REDRESS, and I think we can all say that at that period of duration we were focused much more on just the video itself but also to really get to understand what this NGO does. With all the first hand experience that we got e.g. sitting through their weekly briefing, helping out at their shop or actually sorting through their clothing donation, we really got involved with the purpose of what REDRESS believes in. At the same time, it also helped us connect with each other not just as teammates but as friends. For the Hackathon day, I think it especially helped us with arranging the outlines of what our video was going to be.
