The mother and father of the Jeff family were already squabbling early in the morning. Blood was boiling and steam of fury emitted from their ears. They were quarreling about their father, Goofy Jeff, who spent their family savings on gambling.

"I have done well for the family and now it's my share of fun! Stop accusing me!" he hollered, lying through his teeth.

I stood there shaking my head in disapproval while my astonished brother stood there like a statue. I wish I could stop the arguing but I did not want to get involved in this.

The mother, May Lim, slapped Goofy in his face, while hot tears rolled down her face and shouted at his face,"Marrying you was my biggest regret!I will get the divorce slips and you better sign them,I am taking the children and keep the house!"

My brother and I both thought that we want our parents together and live together happily and create good memories.My head hung in dismay as i wanted my parents to stay together.

Goofy stomped out of the room booming with anger.

"MOM!! It's Buoy fault, I saw him kick my spaceship model !!!" protested Boey .

"NOOO!"explained Bouy.

"I just accidentally tripped over while walking to the kitchen!!!!!!"

''We were just at a party with all the colleagues! What is wrong with that?''

"We are getting a divorce and that's it!'' Yelled Mrs Wellington.

" Let's go back to our room," Susanna told Jack. Susanna and Jack went back to their rooms but they still could hear their parents fighting.

Shouting her head off, she slammed the door of the master bedroom.

"Who is she, the girl you are flirting and dating with?I am gonna give her a piece of my mind and beat the daylights out of her!"Susan raged and soon Steven,the father came into the room,she shot daggers at him.

"U mm...she is my colleague."Steven mumbled nervously,sweat dripping down his brow slowly.

After a while,the kids,Michelle and Peter, were tired and weary from their parents' outcome after the fight ended.

Not long after, Michelle started to go on her knees and begged her parents to stop fighting seeing her do it Peter followed suit crying hot tears of his own.

Seeing both of their kids crying and begging them to stop,they stopped fighting until we went to school. After both kids were at school, they continued fighting saying that they wanted to have a divorce.

After a few hours of shouting and screaming at each other, Mother was angry as Father said that he was going out again that night. Mother started to ignore Father the following few days.
