Culture Differences between American and Slovenian: 

Students in American who are unable to afford to pay off education debt finds it interesting that the college in Slovenian are free and they could get their education without the need to worry about the fees. The universities offered up to 100 courses that are taught in English so students are able to pursue their own interests to their likings. The tuition is free which also includes health insurance and medical examination.
