I'm currently the Graduates Office Coordinator at VHIO. It's been only 2 months since I work at VHIO and before that I worked for 15 years at CRG (Center for Genomic Regulation, Barcelona) as Academic Programmes Coordinator & PhD Counsellor. I was also the EU COFUND Programmes Coordinator.

I love reading, dancing and hiking with my dog Vera.  I do practice Ikebana ( Japanese flower arrangement) and I love food! I really like trying new restaurants and spicy food!

I'm Olivia, I was born in Buenos Aires (Argentina) in 1996 and moved to Barcelona at the age of 4. 

I am a 1st year PhD student at the Radiomics Group at VHIO. I studied Biomedical Engineering at Universitat de Barcelona (2018) and a Master of Translational Medicine at UC Berkeley/UCSF (2020).

When I'm not learning about science I am (in order of decreasing skill) reading, playing soccer and playing the ukulele.

I studied Biology at the University of Barcelona and after that I did my Master’s in Translational Biomedical Research at VHIR. 
During that time I had the opportunity to do my Master’s thesis at the Hereditary Cancer Genetics group at VHIO, where I really liked everything we did at the lab and thus I decided to stay to do my PhD there. I am now starting my 3rd year of PhD. 

I love travelling, snowboarding, dogs and having some food and drinks with friends.
