In that position, he is tasked with managing virtually all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects. He is additionally responsible for managing vendor activities, making schedules with contractors and other employees, performing on-site supervision, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of all projects. Since joining the organization, Chad Faglier has earned several accolades from the construction industry, most notably for his commitment to green, sustainable construction practices. Mr. Faglier studied in Greensboro, North Carolina, at Guilford Technical Community College. He is an avid supporter of North Carolina sports teams, particularly the NFL’s Carolina Panthers and the University of North California’s Tar Heels football and basketball teams. He also enjoys watching international sporting competitions, particularly World Cup soccer matches. Beyond following sports, Chad Faglier likes to stay physically active himself.
