Within my job it is important for me to be empathetic and understand the people that I support and be able to understand them.
In my personal life, a lot of my friendships are so deep and close because I have gotten to know each person and I feel for them on a very deep level. In my academic life when I meet my new classmates, I can empathize with them when it comes to their work if they are under pressure and I can reassure them and give them advice and tools to do well.

This is important in my job as I need to problem solve daily to help the people I support and my coworkers. As with school, if I am working in a school project I wish to help my classmates and work with them to achieve the best possible results. In my personal life I have friends who often need advice with problems they are going through, and some don't always tell me right away what their problems are. I often look for the problems and try to better assist them by finding out.

This is extremely prevalent in school classes in which I work with others to finish skills and projects. In my personal life this strength is important because it shows which friends work together best, and in my work life, it also shows which coworkers have greater strengths with each person rather than others.
