         <description><![CDATA[<div>The reconstitution was a success. It helped slaves be free. It helped make people equal as best as possible.&nbsp; It made many black people free and that is what counts.<br>The reconstitution helped rebuild the town after it was destroyed. The reconstitution is what made us the way we are today. Without the reconstruction we would most likely would still have slaves. All in all The reconstruction was&nbsp;successful.</div>]]></description>
