Dear Jame,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to share with you my recent interest in principled negotiation. This style of negotiation is different from the traditional hard and soft negotiation approaches, and I believe it can bring significant benefits to our team's negotiations in the future projects we work on together.

This negotiation is based on four main principles - people's interests, options, criteria, and independent analysis - that help to find mutually beneficial solutions for both parties involved in the negotiation process instead of focusing solely on winning or losing the negotiation.

This approach is particularly useful in complex and high-stakes negotiations where the outcome is critical for both parties' successes and where the relationship between the parties is important for future collaboration opportunities.

I believe that applying this approach in our team's negotiations can help us to achieve better outcomes by fostering a more collaborative and productive negotiation environment that results in win-win solutions for both parties. This approach can also help us to build better relationships with our stakeholders and partners by demonstrating our commitment to finding mutually beneficial solution.

I would appreciate it if you could share your thoughts and experiences with this approach with me as well since I believe that we can learn from each other's experiences and knowledge in this area to improve our team's negotiation skills and outcomes in the future projects we work on together.

Please let me know if you would be interested in discussing this approach further and sharing any resources or best practices that you have found helpful in applying this approach in your negotiations.

Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter, and I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Best regards,

Thao Ngan

Dear Linh,

How is it going? Do you adapt to the life of a college student? This is to tell you about the bank account that suits you best.

I think you do not need to save or borrow money as a student, so checking account is a good choice. Because it is easy and flexible for you to make transaction online and withdraw money at anytime.

In addition, current account can be used for tons of purposes. Firstly, the ability to make money transfer( when pay for the college tuition ..) and receive money ( receive money from other accounts..). Secondly, this account allows for unlimited withdrawals. It is easy for you to take your money away in the ATM by your debit card which is connected with your checking account or transfer money to retailers and get cash there. So you do not need to bring cash along, just pay via QR code.

This type of account allows everyone above eighteen to use, from students to employed people. Most of banks in Vietnam offer free checking account but charge when you have their bank cards. Some banks require the minimum balance of about 50.000VND but some do not. There are some fees such as: out of network ATM fee, transaction fee, …. You can earn very little interest, just about 1% per month, but it is better than earning nothing.

To sum up, no matter what account you use, you have to follow and be aware of these fees mentioned above in order to manage money effectively.

Best wishes,

Thao Ngan

The chart provides an overview of the fluctuation in Vietnamese gasoline prices in 2017, measured in USD per liter. A few significant features can be deduced from the data, with potential comparisons highlighting price trends.

Firstly, the year began with gasoline prices at around $0.75 per liter, which experienced a gradual increase throughout January and February, reaching a peak of approximately $0.80 per liter by the end of February. This initial rise suggests a progressive upward trend in prices during this period.

After the peak in late February, there was a relatively stable period from March to June, with prices fluctuating between $0.80 and $0.82 per liter. This stability implies a stagnation in prices during these months, perhaps due to a state of equilibrium in supply and demand.

However, from July onwards, the prices started to show a discernible upward shift. There was a substantial jump in August, with prices rising to nearly $0.85 per liter, representing the highest value for the year. This surge could indicate external factors influencing prices, such as changes in global oil markets or government policies.

Following the peak in August, prices experienced a slight decline in September but then stabilized around $0.83 per liter from October to December. This stabilization suggests a plateau in prices during the final months of 2017.

In summary, the main features of Vietnamese gasoline prices in 2017 include an initial gradual increase until February, a stable period from March to June, an upward shift from July to August, and a subsequent stabilization around $0.83 per liter until the end of the year.
