 He was born on January 15, 1929, in Atlanta, Georgia. He was a minister and activist who became a leader in the Civil Rights Movement. He was a great man. 
Luther had a good childhood.
As a young man he studied in Booker T. Washington High School de Atlanta, then he graduated in sociology. After that, he did a post graduate study in theology.
Years Later, he participated of the southern conference of Christian leadership. And fought for civil rights.
He was killed in 1968.

You need a board and a wetsuit because  it is necessary to do it in the sea. If you want to be a professional you will have to train more than twice a week but if you only want to do it like a hobby you could do it whenever you want it.

The Earthship architecture concept began to take shape in the 1970s.


The architect Michael Reynolds wanted to create a home that would do three things: first, it would utilize sustainable architecture; second, the homes would rely on natural energy sources; thirdly, it would be feasible for a person with no specialized construction skills to build. Eventually, Reynolds's vision was transformed into the common U-shaped earth-filled tire homes seen today.

Talking about design principles,there are:


  • Thermal/solar heating and cooling
  • Solar and wind electricity
  • Contained sewage treatment
  • Building with natural and recycled materials
  • Water harvesting
  • Food production

They are not expensive because you only have to buy the panels and obviously build the house,but once you have done it you do not have to continue paying for the service of electricity,gas and water.

The house we have chosen is from New Mexico and it was build with wood and aluminium. Phoenix commotion is a building company created by Dan Philips who wanted to prove that constructing homes with recycled and salvaged materials has a viable place in the building industry.They construct houses mostly in Texas,with low costs materials,or donations for single parents, artists and families with low incomes.
The example we have chosen is a house built in Texas with wood and ceramic bricks.

We think that a possible solution could be planting trees and taking more care about animals. 
Another problem is pollution. A 80% of the world is contaminated by plastic. We think the solution is to reduce the consumption of it, re-use things and to recycle.
Finally, traffic jams is also a big environment problem because it causes a lot of accidents. We think the best solution for this problem is to reduce the  consumption of cars. We could replace them using public transport or cycling.
