We decided to go with our 6 minute challenge idea as we really liked how much the features of the film idea fitted with our initial chosen genre - thriller. The beginning of the title sequence will show various shots and cut ins of the mysterious character writing the letter but only their hands and their overall silhouette. This is so that the identity of the the mysterious character is kept hidden from the audience to keep the theme of mystery consistent. 
The setting for the title sequence will be introduced through an establishing shot of a shopping centre before cutting to introduce the main characters. The audience will then see the letter being enveloped and the mysterious character putting on a black coat before leaving and walking the streets with the letter in hand. There will then be close-ups to introduce each individual main character to the audience. 
The mysterious character will then be seen walking into the same shopping centre from behind in order to keep his identity concealed. the camera will then follow them around the shopping centre and will show him walk past a bench leaving the letter behind him on the bench. The group of friends will then be seen in the same area before the shot pans away from the group of friends and to the letter.
