After lunch, I like drinking my coffee with a piece of dark chocolate. I call it my "Zen moment". I taste both coffee and chocolate very slowly.

For years I have had the same ritual every Sunday - coffee, cake, and a good book! It has helped me to get through tough moments in the weeks before and ahead.

First, I have the 5-10 minutes just for myself. Sometimes I watch the news, sometimes I listen to music, but most of the time it's just me!

And I drink coffee 3 times a day!!!!!

I really enjoy each evening the moment when I go down the street to give some food to the street cats. They are usually waiting for me not far away, under the cars, and run towards me in a happy, joyful way when they see me. Listening to them while they are eating and purring makes me feel so happy... They give me peace in this noisy world! ;)

I enjoy the silence in the morning, after my son leaves for school. We wake up in a hurry, prepare breakfast in agitation... and, after that, I have 15 or 20 minutes when I simply enjoy the silence, the calmness, which help me prepare for the day.
I also enjoy another ritual. I like travelling a lot, and whenever I'm in a new place I love taking the first bus which arrives and ride it to the end of its route, in order to see unexpected, non-touristic areas. It gives me a sense of adventure.

When reading about savoring, my first thought went to one specific vacation where I felt like I just couldn´t feel the moment, almost like I was just collecting experiences but not really enjoying them. Believe me, it sucked. Later I realized if I really wanted to savor the moment, I had to stop thinking about how it was gonna impact my future or what others would think about me having this great experience and instead just be present. What really helps is actually NOT taking photos cause then, NOW is the only time you can enjoy it.

I don't drink coffe at all. Idon't like it but enjoy so much eating a delicious chocolate.I eat it slowly and I feel the flavor with my senses.I smell it,I taste it and I don't eat it all at once.I eat a small piece each time and it will take me probably two or three days to eat it all!
This way I enjoy it more and many times.

I really like watching a good movie. I stay really present and focus and the time goes by without noticing it.

Savoring the moment is amazing. I practised it best while Erasmus project I participated in last year. Saying it was a wonderful experience is an understatement.
