I have to focus on my writing part and little bit on listening also my last assessment of better than this on so i think I need to prepare harder for the exam the video was hard and I am not good in writing so is a reason.

I believe my assessment went quite well, as I scored 8 and 6, so my CRI=a was perfect. I had no errors since it was really easy if the words are clear to one. But in the CRI=B, I scored 6 due to grammatical errors; otherwise, the exam was really easy

My exam was worse as I go very confused in the video and was very over convident because I got a 7 in crit A and an 8 in crit B. I should have listened to the videos and should have made some sentences as I knew that the topic was seasons and shopping.

My crit A went well but I was not able to understand a few words with accents and was not able to frame my sentence properly. I had the correct vocabulary but I was not able to frame it into a proper sentence which led me to loosing marks. My crit B was not quite good as I was not able to frame my sentence and did not understand a few of the questions. My MCQ were mainly correct and went well. Overall I believe I did average but could have done better in crit B. I believe I need to improve my basic vocabulary and practice sentence framing in french.

I got 3 and 2 in reading and listening as in listening my earphones were not working so I had to try lipreading and use visual instead of hearing for the listening test and for reading most of the reading and questions beside the MCQs confused me so my remarks on it was very vague . So tat my reasoning for failing so miserably

Throughout this semester we learnt different topics like les saison, les magasin, les faire du shopping etc.. during this unit we also looked into some basic sentence formation with verbs and conjugations like étre, avoir and aller verbs however, due to the lack of practice of correct sentence formation, basic sentences like "I like the season winter because it snows" could not be formed properly. The correct usage of vocabulary were weak and at times and not even their while being understood.

CRITÈRE A - listening:

The criteria a task did not go as well, I got a 5 in my criteria a, while the video communication was clear and decent enough to understand with all lines connected to our unit, due to the less amount of practice of video analysis, I could only archive a level 5.

CRITÈRE B - reading:

Criteria b went way more better than compared to the micro-summative, I achieved a 6. In criteria b, I noticed that my strength was analysing the text and creating sentences according to it. The sentence created in criteria b were not very good, with the help of basic understanding of words, the sentences could be formed. I could do comparatively well in criteria b than criteria a. However, from the next time onwards my only goal is to revise all concepts in depth near about 15 days before the exam and effectively practice from the basics like aller, avoir verbs, practicing sentence formation in order to not lose unnecessary levels in the next unit.

In this summative, I realised that in Cr- A

I mainly struggled with catching smaller details like prices, directions and clothing words. But understanding the overall meaning of the audio was ok. In Cr- B, I found the vocabulary and writing full sentences with proper grammar challenging, especially for seasons and clothes. However, reading the text and understanding what it was about was easy. Reading the text and getting the main idea was fine. This assessment showed me what to focus on so I can improve and do better next time.
