You could send emails, letters or use other elements to keep in touch without using the  social networks. Remember that friendships require effort and commitment of both sides to keep it. For lessen your anxiety breath and relax, you can communicate with your friends and find spaces to talk and share; I know it's hard but if you try, I know you will make it.

 If you prefer to see them in person, you should make time in your calendar to meet them in public places, you may plan outputs to watch movies or walk in the park to see them. You could look for a nanny to take care of your children or leave them with a family member for some hours to take time for you; I advise you to set a day a month to meet your friends, that way you will feel more comfortable and quiet in your day to day.

First of all, you need to find out why you act like this. You can share your feelings and emotions with people who generate confidence or try to make sincere friends with whom you are able to share your life experiences. I know it's not easy to find good friends, but you can.

In order to get more friends you can go to public places or social events, which is likely that you might have more chances to meet new people and so could reduce your loneliness.

One more think you can do is getting involved into any event that require teamwork. This kind of situation will be able to help you to improve your character, which you should avid participate during the event and enjoy with others in order to share your ideas and thoughts. I think you can be better attractive person to anyone and also helping you to gain confident.
