I believe punctuality is important in a work place as plans can change from one moment to the next without any prior warning so being on time enables you the time to make any adjustments needed. Also from an employer’s prospective punctuality is highly valued. As an employer you don’t want or need to be constantly chasing people to get them to work on time as valuable contracts could rely on good punctuality. And it also forms good working relationships as you are also demonstrating reliability. Adhering to Deadlines and schedule’s is critical so if you can’t be punctual you can’t be trusted that’s why I think being punctual is important. ��Z��3

If you are punctual and have good attendance you will make a good impression. It will make you feel good if you turn up on time because this will show you have put a lot of hard work into attendance and it is nice to see all the hard work paying off and people noticing your good habits and qualities.

Reliability is important to me because it builds a positive relationship with your employer it shows you’re dedicated to your work. Reliability is about how much an individual trusts and counts on another person to do what is expected. The key to succeeding is to be reliable to turn up on time, also to finish the work to a high standard and just do what is expected from your employer.  The more reliable you are the more your work effort will be noticed by other colleges or employers. A reliable worker completes jobs first time asking minimum questions. Individual reliability is essential in the work place. Attendance if your not there nothing gets done so someone else will have to pick up the work so everyone will suffer in the end because the job will be set back. Punctuality if you say your going to be there get there early and be prepared to work have all your tool that you need for the day. Problem solving you have to be able to work around small snags on your own ,work independently know when to ask.
