         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think intro 2 is the most compelling because intro 1 includes counterclaims such as "Although it is used to improve college readiness, and measure achievement, progress, and growth..." which draws me away from the authors point. Intro 2 gets straight to the claim without extra information that should've been introduced later. The quickness of a claim made me interested because I knew the authors point immediately.  </div>]]></description>
