Obese people are more likely to get other illnesses. To begin with, obesity is linked to a variety of health ailments that can lead to mortality. The best examples are heart disease and stroke, as well as diabetes, which is the disease most commonly caused by being overweight. High blood pressure also increases with an increase in body weight, and this relationship continues with the weight change, as losing excess weight leads to a decrease in blood pressure. Obesity, on the other hand, can lead to psychological issues that are much more dangerous than physical ones. Obesity, for example, raises the chance of getting depression. For example, obesity increases the risk of developing depression by 55%. Moreover, the fat person suffers from the critical view of others, the repetition of comments about his appearance, behavior, and movements, and therefore tries to hide the flaws in his body and body. He feels embarrassed and shy about appearing in front of others, which reduces his appearance. The effects of obesity on society are numerous. For example, there is a decrease in the demand for hiring obese people in some jobs that require special skills or a certain appearance. There is also a decrease in productivity at work through fewer working hours as a result of absence from work for health reasons.&nbsp; In short, corpulence has many adverse consequences from a physical, mental, and social perspective, so we should focus on the earnestness of the issue and assist its answer, and battle it before it turns into an unsolvable plague.<br></strong><br></div>]]></description>

For this reason, it was necessary and important to find effective solutions to this problem. The first solution is to go to a nutritionist. This solution is mostly affective on people that suffer from extreme obesity. For example, the Diet Care Center not only offers great meals but also has nutritionists who can help. Secondly, exercising on a daily basis is very effective.For instance, you can take a daily 30-minute walk, so your body can burn calories and you will feel mentally better as well. The third solution is raising more awareness about obesity and its effects on the body. This solution can be done by creating advertisements on TV or through social media apps like Instagram and Twitter. The final solution is substituting junk food with healthy food. For example, a mother that does her kids lunch bags can substitute potato chips bag with a cup of fruits. To summarize, all three solutions will reduce obesity and promote a healthy life style that will have many positive effects on people.</div>]]></description>

Also, heart disease and stroke Obesity increases the risk of heart disease, as obesity leads to high blood pressure and levels of harmful cholesterol in the body, which leads to an increase in the chances of heart disease and heart attacks. Moreover, kidney disease Obesity is, directly and indirectly, related to kidney disease, as obesity increases the risk of diabetes and high blood pressure, which are the main cause of chronic kidney failure.It is noteworthy that obesity increases the chances of kidney failure exacerbating kidney problems. Lastly, depression. Often, obese people are subjected to bullying and discrimination based on weight differences, which may lead to feelings of sadness or loss of self-confidence over time. In the conclusion, obesity is a chronic disease that expresses the accumulation of excess fat in the body, and it is one of the problems that may lead to many diseases that may carry a danger to human health, so its impact is not limited to the appearance of the body and the aesthetic aspect only, we must publicly be careful and maintain our health.</div>]]></description>

First of all, people should organize a daily schedule for exercising. For instants, they could download apps that can organize their daily schedule. Second, people should search for good indoor and outdoor places to exercise in. For example, parks are great places for running and one of these parks is Al Shaheed Park in Kuwait. Finally, listening to hype songs is very useful and effective. Because hype songs make humans energetic and excited. In conclusion, I believe that if people followed these important steps and started to work out, they will live a happy and healthy life.
