we made it to space first second you enter space you can tell the differences from earth and space. nothing is the same bathroom, showering, eating, we have to follow a strict workout to stay in shape in space. six out of seven days a week for 2.5 hours each day. The International Space Station is equipped with three machines designed to give astronauts that full-body workout a bicycle, a treadmill, and a weightlifting machine called ARED. we have to work on the space station most of the time we are up here. there's only three of use so it gets hard to do much but its good for the space so we don't always run into each other. where still a decent way from the moon.
