Motivation is an interesting topic for me, because at the moment I'm struggling to find it. With everything going on in the world right now, I don't see the reasoning or purpose for a lot of things. But I have been trying to stay positive by reminding myself that this is only temporary. It is only a matter of time for things to get back to normal. Right now the biggest motivation for me is summer, because I find myself the happiest at that time. Therefore, I tell myself I have to push through these last months and everything will slowly get better. I find that distracting myself and spending as much time outside my house gets me in a better mood. I've become a lot excited since working at "Lemberga Hūte", because I'm in a social setting, which plays a huge part in my mood. Also my friends and family have been a huge help these past few months and I am very grateful for them.

My motivation comes and goes, there are some things that motivate me one day, but don't motivate me the next day. For me it is easy to find motivation in life, but it is quite hard to find it in studies. In life I am mostly happy and I have a lot of nice people around me, who wish me all the best. I want to make them proud, so I try to do a lot of things. I don't have a lot of dreams or goals so sometimes I don't need motivation in life, because there is no need for it. In studies on the other hand I always need motivation. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Of course on bigger projects motivation comes at the last minute or it is harder to find it. My biggest motivation comes when I have something exciting that will happen soon. Then I try to do everything before the event so I can fully enjoy it. Another motivation in studies is that I want to achieve great things in future.
"Counting stars" - always puts me in a good mood. When I am happy it is easier to complete tasks and I am more motivated.

For me, motivation is the hardest thing to find: it comes and goes whenever it wants to. I did notice that I get the most motivated from listening to music and walking by myself in the forest - it helps me to get my mindset straight and reflect on something that I've done/ to do.
But, on the contrary, sometimes the only thing that gives me the push is a good talk with someone. I'm not really the kind to tell about my problems, and usually I tend to think that, generally, it's easier to figure things out by myself. But occasionally, when I cannot find the right solution, someone helps me with a thought, and that motivates me to get it right.
What I find truly surprising - phrase every time I find myself in an ugly situation, I always listen to one specific playlist in Spotify. It brings me the peace in mind and calms me down, allowing to continue anew with greater will to succeed.
During the quarantine I also found out that physical activity can clear your mind and give a different perspective on problems. It doesn't matter what are you doing - running a marathon, riding a bike in the forest or just having a walk around the neighborhood - the process of doing something is what truly counts.
If someone asked me "How to always stay motivated?", I would say that the balance between enjoying the life and getting out of the comfort zone is the thing you need - to give yourself that push when it's needed, and also remind that life isn't made only from problems and that there is a reason to go further. I will leave the link to the playlist below - in case somebody'll need it.
https://open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZF1DX2sUQwD7tbmL?si=65RIXysdS7WdXr0ryauTBg

Motivation is something I strive for. It is something that I have to find and bring myself to. I can't go a day without being motivated about something, going for a run, working out in general, boxing, studying, or going for a drive with friends. Mindset is everything.
Something that motivated me is this quote: "I don't think I'm talented, I don't think anyone is talented. Everyone is the same, you just have to put in the work to be the greatest. Being called talented is an insult to me, I worked to get here, I didn't get lucky - Connor McGregor." This is something that I strongly agree with and follow.
I have a lot of idols and people who I look up to, but the biggest idols I do have are - Connor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather, they have proven, that hard work can get you far, so far that you don't have to work for a single day in your life anymore.
This Video in particular was the most talked-about video in fighting, back in 2017, simply, because this was the biggest fight in history.

I get my dose of motivation from many different things, and the reason why some of them motivate me sometimes seems obscure and unclear even to myself. My motivation is not constant at all, sometimes I really struggle to find the purpose of doing a certain activity, learning something, doing homework or a hobby. One of the main things, that can either kill my motivation completely, or immensely boost my mood and willpower is thinking about the future - about my opportunities, plans and dreams. Sometimes these thoughts are intrusive, scary and destructive, sometimes vice versa - fulfilling and hopeful.
The other thing, that is the main source of my motivation is curiosity, that had somehow developed in me. This quality helps me feel satisfied, when i learn something new, when i begin to understand the thing, that i didn't previously. It gives me a sense of a progress, makes me think, that i'm becoming a more "sophisticated" and versatile person than i was. There is so much interesting information in this world, that i could consume, so why not?
Besides everything mentioned, of course there are other things that really inspire and motivate me - the beauty one can find in poetry, music and art; some great people around me, their inner and outer beauty!
And here's a beautiful live, heh.

In my opinion, motivation is one of the most important things to complete any action. It helps you do something better than usual. But motivation comes and goes and person can’t do anything about It.
My motivation is unstable too, it depends on what things I need to do. And of course there are some days when I don’t even have motivation to do anything at all. It depends on my mood and events around me. If I have to do things that I like or I am interested in then I will have motivation to do it. For example I have to go for a run to complete homework in sports, I will do it with joy, because I love running. But when I have to do things that I don’t like or I am not interested in, my motivation goes down. For example, I have to read a book for homework in literature, I will likely do it, but with without any motivation, because I don’t like to read classic literature.
When I don’t have motivation to do something, I try to boost it with music or thoughts about benefits of what I will get when I will finish my task. Sometimes it works, but sometime it don’t. But it’s all in persons mind.

Every single thing you do in your life is because of motivation. There is some kind of reason for everything that you do (e.g. eating breakfast because you’re hungry, drinking water because you’re thirsty). Personally I find motivation to study, do sports or something else from things that will happen if I don’t do them. If I don’t study I will get bad grades. If I won’t be active I will get fat. That’s mostly how I get motivated. Of course that isn’t always the case. There are situations when I really don’t want to do something. For example when I don’t want to go and train, the solution I use is putting on some music and/or using supplements to energize me. Getting motivation is easy for the things that you enjoy or can assume will play a part in the near or distant future. But there are things that I don’t think will benefit me. I just power through those things. The faster I’ll do them the less I’ll have to think about them. And if I don’t do them there probably will be some kind of consequences. That’s motivation for me.

For me, my motivation is something that I have problems figuring out. I rarely get the feeling that I am motivated by myself to do my work. I often find motivation in the need of finishing a job, rather than out of my own satisfaction from finishing something. I can sometimes get inspired to make or do something, but I can't hold up the motivation for it. Motivation and inspiraton often overlaps, but they are not the same. But I do try to use some inspiration, to fill my motivation. But this often gives me days, where I feel unmotivated and I just feel like sleeping in my bed and watch some tv shows. But these days sometimes give me motivation to learn and try to make something, because I find motivation in days when I do nothing, because my head can shut off and reset. I really like that I can find motivation in lazy days, because that means, that I can find motivation, when I feel unmotivated.

Many times in my life I have had moment when I have not had enough motivation to do something and later I regret that I did not do that when I had enough time to do something. To resolve this problem I usually set daily and weakly goals.I wrote them on peace of paper and stick that peace of paper to my laptop. What I mean by that is I wrote down what I have to do during next week and what I have to do tomorrow. There have been a lot of days when I feel tired and I forget do create the goal list. Overall this is the best way for me how I find motivation to do something. Also this method have helped me to manage my time a lot easier.

There isn’t just one thing for me that gets me motivated, usually motivation comes and goes unexpectedly and from very random things. For me it is much more easy to get the desire to do things that I like, but something like an essay for school I can write for months past the due. Over time I have understood that sometimes, if I don’t have any motivation, it is better not to force it and just let go – do something that I like or just do nothing. From forcing myself to do something I don’t get neither joy nor the desired results, so I think it’s useless. But when I am motivated to get motivation I can read a book or watch videos of people working out, so sooner or later I want to do it as well. But usually, as I mentioned before, I do nothing and just wait when it comes by itself, because it always somehow does.

If I want to finish something (For example: a large project like programming and 3d modeling) I would hype myself up by thinking how cool it's going to be if I finish this project - and how I can use this to my own advantage moving forward in life. If anything I would get my friends to watch me finish this project who always try to hype me up saying how great it looks and more. But if I'm really into it - I can't loose my motivation in it. Sometimes I ask close people for help, like family or friends, and they usually help me.
In sport, I'm motivated by the goal of what to aspire to, result and victory. I'm best sported by fun music - motivational words, good beat, quick tune. Music is like young people listening to parties. I always want to win, and so I do my best to make it happen.
