In reality, it is not a problem to locate different content on psychology. There are countless of them on the Internet. But not every guide can definitely be informative, quite often they write everything , filling their articles with plain water, and there is not much actual info. Or maybe there is an alternative, when a guide is written especially for psychologists or those who understand the subject and have a particular terminology. Such posts are useful for individuals, practitioners or academics, but not ordinary folks. For them, everything will soon be unclear, they'll be confused and will not remember anything useful for themselves. What we want is the perfect middle where everybody is great. I try to write only something like this so that all people are able to take useful information on their own.
 For many years I have been practicing psychology and also exactly what it seems like - researching myself and helping those folks that come to me to perform it. I'm constantly improving my knowledge, specifically I like the theory of temperaments, which in my view might help in several interactions with individuals. In the present phase of management growth, defining a psychological portrait of a man is also, in my estimation, one of the toughest and important issues, the way of which will increase the success of personnel management. The better we know an individual, her or his natural psychological traits, the better we are going to have the ability to handle him or her and introduce her or his skills to culture in a way that is as economical as possible. For me personally this is a small hobby of mine, which I attempt to combine with personal practice. Obviously, it takes a number of my time, but I believe I wish to share my knowledge of individuals, and dedicate them to many such queries.
