Students learned about croissants, pain au chocolat, and the art of French breakfast culture. December 10-11: Hispanic Lunch Adventure at Ricaliente

¡Qué delicioso! Our taste buds traveled to Spain and Latin America today at Restaurante Ricaliente. Students experienced a traditional 'almuerzo' with mexican quesadillas y empanadas, dominican pastelón, valenciana paella, and argentinian asado. We learned about the social importance of lunch in Hispanic culture and practiced our Spanish ordering skills!

November - December : Recipe Research Begins

February 10-14: Service Training Day

Students confidently served dishes they prepared, took orders in French and Spanish, and created an authentic atmosphere with carefully selected music and decorations.
