I was asked to create a PowerPoint that featured information about me e.g., friends' family and hobbies. I was then required to present this to my class which required me to talk about everything that I had put on there.

What went well:
I confident presented a PowerPoint that was filled fun filled facts that were relevant to how I was raised and who with.

Improvements:
Next I will improve by making my PowerPoint less winded as I could tell that I was slightly loosing people

Pre-Flight Briefing

communication was a key factor whilst doing our pre-flight briefing. This was a vital factor within my group as it meant that everyone was on the same page. the benefits of communication are that it means that everyone is doing what they are supposed to and understand the assignment.

What went well:
I knew what to say when asked for the phonetic alphabet

Improvements:
I would improve by trying to keep eye contact

during our pre-flight briefing teamwork was a skill that was used in the process of creating the script which would tell each of us that we would have to say. One benefit of Teamwork within our group was the speed at which we were able to get work done

What went well:
we all had rehearsed our script together beforehand making it a lot easier as se all knew what to say and when

Improvements:
An improvement I would make is to try and focus more on the person filming rather than looking down at my script which I had prepared

T & T Industry

within our T & T industry lesson we have been working as a group to create a PowerPoint about the Uks natural and human attractions

What went well:
we all put our own work in which then when put together gave us a PowerPoint worth presenting. this couldn't have been done if we didn't work together as working as a team meant we knew what each other was researching.

Induction

I have shown evidence of teamwork on the colleges induction day when we all got split into teams for a scavenger hunt and then had to work together to find the items listed

What went well:
I successfully worked with petiole who I’d never seen or worked with to complete activities set my teachers

Improvements:
An improvement to be made is to Try to communicate with people more as I didn’t really talk to many people

Cabin crew lesson

I have learnt the phonetic alphabet in lesson alongside my class and teacher

What went well:
In lesson I did well as I listened really well and with help I could easily remember the phonetic alphabet which was helpful in my assessment

Improvements:
One improvement I would make is too work hard as to solve problems with less help from the teacher and my peers

College transport

On a day to day basis I travel to and from college via public transport as neither of my parents drive and it’s a lot cheaper to travel via stagecoach buses

Shopping bags

When I go shopping with my mother I make sure to take a reusable shopping bag. This is due to them being bigger and sturdier also these are better for the environment

My current attendance for college is 100% as I always turn up and am on time for all of my lessons. The way I am able to do this is by making sure to get the earlier bus as to try and avoid the morning traffic

Whilst at college I have volunteered in a variety of events to which I have always been on time to. Events I have volunteered in are:

Open evening
Graduation
Wentworth festival

These events were specifically chosen for me as it would require me to be customer facing which intern helped me to develop my customer service skills

All of my assignments are of the best quality and are always handed in before the given deadline. However I sometimes struggle to do this as I get given more than one a week so having a couple of days off is beneficial to me as it means I can work on my assignments

Reusable straws

Whilst at home I have been using my collection of metal straws with each cold beverage I drink as these are more beneficial to the environment and I kinda think they are cool

another work experience event i have taken part in is the fly me trip I went on with college which helped me to develop useful skills which can be used in the travel industry. especially as cabin crew or n the airport

I attended and participated in variety of activates each designed to test me in different areas. for example I have learnt something new about the airport check in job.

Even better if?

in the future I would be better if I was a little more enthusiastic toward some of the activities that I did.
