I would remove the small group presentation (regurgitation) sessions from the last day. When it was presented during the group breakout, you could see/feel the discussion change from idea sharing to what do we want to present. I felt like the time spent listening to the presentations could have been used by another presentation from the ELT or something else in general.

We missed updates from HR and IT during the summit. I believe these are important for the operations team, as both areas directly impact how our branch functions and adapts.

I would like to suggest sending a survey to attendees well in advance to capture topics that directly affect their branch. The top 2–3 issues identified could then be used for breakout sessions, giving us the chance to focus on real-life problem solving and more operational discussions at the branch level. Additionally, we missed updates from HR and IT during the summit, which are both important for the operations team and how they impact branch performance.

I would like to see more break out groups and opportunities for interaction. All the presentation topics were great, but maybe they could be shortened or the breakout presentations day 2 eliminated. It started to feel like we were being “talked at,” more than an active part of the discussion. Plus, additional break out groups would give the opportunity to shuffle groups and engage with more peers.
