After you have the ingredients next to you, the first thing you must do is to wash the mondongo and cut it into small pieces. 

Then, you put the mondongo in a pot with water and boil for 4 hours. The third thing you must do is to add salt, onions branches, peppers, garlics, and cumin as much as you want.
 

Later on, you put the green banana, potatoes, yucca, the cob in small pieces, and the chickpeas. You have to wait until everything is soft to put the corianders in and that’s it, you have your mondongo soup.

Pude recordar un poco acerca del pasado progresivo.

Es importante porque es base fundamental para hablar y escribir en inglés.

¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?
Como había mencionado, ya tengo los conocimientos, entonces más que todo esto me ayuda a recordar algunos errores gramaticales en inglés que poseo.
