1. Rule and regulation

- People come from different places with different behavior and principle once the system or regulations been developed or establish somehow it can control their irresponsibility behavior such as set a fire without permission, throw rubbish, and etc.

- Rule and regulation have to come first before set up something else. It will be the notice or briefing to tourist usually been guide by the tour guide. It has to be remained from time to time or put it on brochures beforehand.

- A good security arrangement are likely to involve the use of physical and electronic approach also this depend on effectiveness of staffing for their operation and monitoring.

2. The policy making

- Policy making is very important aspect because it preserve our interest and maintain the obligations on procedure with the others. For instance, Museum have a duty to acquire, preserve and promote their collections, these collections area a significant public inheritance and those involve with them hold position of public trust. The governing body should therefore adopt and publish a written collections policy that addresses the acquisition, care and use of the collections.

- The policy should clarify the position of any material that will not be catalogued, conserved, or exhibited. For example, there may be certain type of working collections where emphasis is on preserving cultural, scientific or technical process rather than the objects, or where objects or specimens are assembled for regular handling and reaching and teaching purpose. Despite from that, for field collection, they should develop policies consorting with academic standard applicable national and international law and treaty obligations. Fieldwork should only be undertaken with respect and consideration for the views of local communities, their environmental resources and cultural practices as well as effort to enhance the cultural and natural heritage.

3. Awareness Campaign

- The first stage is the audience is aware of the main agenda of the campaign.

- The campaign usually attract the people interest because it been part of the tourism activities where the people can participant and get the experience.

- Exposure the people with storyline of cause and impact in the agenda and developed the solutions to cope with it.

- Somehow it will improve some cases that been emphasized.

- Some of the campaign using an advanced tool such as a website. Because it easy to construct and publish especially to capture the school student and a global company use basically the same method for publish. Nowadays, internet service have develop very quickly and everyone easily can accesses with it.

- The final stage is self-evolution because it an important to determine the effectiveness of the object and the aim of the campaign. Having establish its goals through the campaign it will help to develop a new strategies and goals or objective in the future.

Group members

Sonia Anak Sempon 53930

Tai Ron Bing 54001

Apolonius Nicklaus 51240

Nur Alyssa binti Abdul Jalil 53079

Norfazlin binti Khairudin 53007
