2: The apples are then stored in silos for several hours and in order they are not bruised, they are slowed down in a steep shoot (i think that's what it's called.)
3: The apples are then prepared to juice by first being washed in a water bath to get rid of pebbles and a shower of cold water finishes the washing process.
4: The apples are then cut into little pieces in a grinder and produce gratings. Enzymes are added which break down the cellular structure of the fruit, allowing for maximum juice extraction. 
5: The gratings are then transferred into mass creation reservoirs where they will stay from 60-90 minutes.
6: They then extract the juice. The gratings are pumped into a powerful hydraulic press. Inside the press, filter sleeves holds back the skins, seeds and stems of the apples.
7: Quality control is stripped. At each stage of the process, they draw off samples of juice to evaluate its quality and to make sure that fabrication parameters are well adhered to.
8: The juice is filtered the first time, the small undesirable particles are held back by a sieve.
9: The fabrication process continues. Juice flows from one stage to another via immense reservoirs. The next step will then be pasteurization. 
10: Juice enters the exchanger at 22 degrees and is heated up to 88 degrees C and will cool back down to 50 degrees. Enzymes are then added to hydrate the pectin and facilitate the second filtration.
11: The apple juice is now perfectly filtered and is verified by clarity, flavor, color, and natural fruit-sugar content.

Two sprays of hot glue are applied to the back, which secures the straws attached. 
2: Another automated production line fills bottles with the juice. They circulate in a row on a conveyor belt and are washed and disinfected with hydrogen peroxide, and rinsed with sterile water before being carried to the filling location. Each minute, 100 bottles are filled with the juice and sealed with a cap in a sterilized environment. The bottles are then labelled and sent to shipping, and now you have apple juice.
