The ‘skills approach’, which is one of the ways to describe leadership emphasizes the skills or abilities that can be learned and developed (Northouse, 2010). Kathlee (2017) suggested that efficient communication and managing failure skills are essential qualities that are required to leader to build. Communication skills are fundamental to maintain and strengthen the solidarity of organization. In order to achieve common goals, a well-established network of organization is necessary which is made by leader’s ability to observe, listen, communicate and to empathize with others (Kathlee, 2017). Also, managing conflict or failure ability is vital for an organization to move forward by overcoming hardships. These skills can be accomplished by learning and training. For instance, a person can learn various ways of communication and solving troubles in a social institution, such as schools and universities. People can learn how to cooperate through group activities with friends at school, and in college courses, they can learn how to reasonably cope with conflicts and compromise through team projects (Lavasani & Afzali, 2011). They then provided good evidence to show why they need these skills and how they can develop them as well.
