They also claimed they were charitable and provided education and good employment to workers however they did not provide sufficient health care, pay or incentives for workers. They consistently found ways to hide their wrongdoings, e.g. claiming 75% employees work full-time but not highlighting the caveat that to them full-time = 28 hours a week. 

Staff were not paid for overtime with store management shown how to hide these hours. This contradicts with what the senior manager said about how their policy is to make sure employees get paid for every hour they work. Therefore, this shows how the actual HR operations in WALMART does not align with its values.

Through fear of possibly being fired and easily replaced, employees still do overtime despite them knowing they will not be paid for their extra services.

All of these aspects are HR issues and lead to a poor business culture.
