Possible Problems
Stereotypes could cause each group member to be treated differently. An example would be group members from more prestigious schools might be perceived as 'smarter' due to being from that school, rather than due to their actual performance.

This would make it harder for the group members to work with each other, as the stereotypes can create misunderstandings about the actual qualities of each group member. This would also affect how well the group completes the activities in OBS.

Solutions
Talk to the group members about topics outside of academics (schools, their subjects, etc.) to gain a better understanding of them as a person.

It is possible to talk to them about their personal school life to understand their school more, thus minimising the negative effects caused by stereotypes.

I would feel confused. I would think that the instructions made the members feel confused as it was unclear, and ask my members what part they did not get. I could tell the team leaders to come together and communicate better and come up with clearer instructions. If I were one of the team leaders, I would be an active listener, and listen to my members' problems and confusions.
