Little by little I have gotten close; cracking the code from people like yourself who explain how it's done at PDs in which the room is usually overflowing with teachers like myself, who all have different levels of knowledge on this manner of teaching. 
Well, I have finally gotten to the point where I am equipped having unlocked Google Apps for education for my school; attached my email address; and linked to the school website. Now I just need to know the set up, leap and fly of it!
