The personas activity conducted gave us the unique opportunity to look at others' needs form a different perspective. It made the whole problem solving process a lot more realistic because we were able to see what the unmet needs of the people were. This helped in ideating effective solutions later on, and inspires us to make a significant difference in shaping a caring and sustainable society.

the activity where we had to create a persona encouraged us to think about various problems everyday people may face and how we can solve them. with the theme of 'sustainability' guiding our process, we were able to look at different facets of life and the various ideas we can come up with the solve problems we face in everyday life.

- being able to take in the different thoughts and perspectives of our fellow teammates has allowed us to improve and contribute even more by bouncing ideas off each other
- through teamwork, we were able to combine our original, authentic ideas into a final product

We learnt to liste to other people's suggestions. We realised that listening to different perspectives and the needs of a country's citizens (such as our lovely character David) is important in the decision-making process of making a city better. We learnt how to problem solve by coming up with solutions to meet the unmet needs of our lord and saviour David.

throughout the course of 3 days, we learnt how analyse/process and expand on data/information more effectively. we also creatively came up with ideas on how to make a more sustainable and caring society. additionally, we worked our minds by thinking outside of the box with the various activities we did (eg connect the dots).

It is important to understand that there are many ways to meet someone's desire and wants through sustainable ways, hence it kills two birds with one stone. eg: cleaning up the kallang river (helps to clean up the environment) and (be able to convert it into a dragon boat race)

We learnt how to project our own unmet needs onto a fictional person in order to think about how to meet them. We were able to explore different options and realise how although there are many different solutions to a problem, there is most likely one that is able to satisfy all conditions or needs the best.

Thinking through the lens of approaching someone else's problem allowed us to view it more critically, as we were more inclined to not only think about a solution, but a solution that is suitable for their situation.

This activity revolved around the idea of imagining the unmet needs of someone in society. Therefore, we have to put ourselves in someone else's shoes and understand that not everyone is as privileged as us.

The activity has provided us with insight on the concept of individuality; about how we all have different opinions, views and likings. By viewing our needs and personalities from different perspectives, we learn to look at each other sujectively so as to promote a more harmonious community. In doing this, we learned how to achieve and fulfill our varying needs with different and interesting ways to approach them. By working together, we reinforce this

camaraderie and thus, manage to understand, as a group, how to achieve a more caring and sustainable society.

We tried to brainstorm for ideas and everyone contributed many creative possibilities and solutions. Individually, we also learnt how to learn how to take notes from an interviewer (eg. writing unmet needs and their solutions). We worked as a group to create a persona, to combine and improve our ideas.

we learnt how to work together and that there is always a process we must follow and not skip any steps in order to reach a certain goal. we also learnt how to overcome challenges like coming up with solutions to meet our persona's unmet needs, by organising our persona's responses and find out what they really need. we focus on that one, specific need and come up with a solution.
