         <description><![CDATA[<div>Just thinking about how to create a schedule which incorporates this aspect.<br><br>Custodians will clean each classroom at the end/beginning of the day. They have been provided an disinfectant machine that 'fogs' and then settles on all surfaces. Additionally, all teachers (including EC, Encore, etc) will be provided with a spray bottle of disinfectant,  ( gloves and eye covering to wear if you choose) that you can use but are not required to use when you see fit. You might use it if you are switching children at a the same table. I have been informed that these disinfectants have a one minute dwell time. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In Plan A and Plan B we will social distance at 6 feet when possible.  We currently have two model classrooms (one on the K-2 side and one on the 3-5 side) set up with 11/12 desks allowing for 6 feet distance for each student. If the number in the classroom is over 12 students, we will revisit to determine what next steps need to be taken to allow for the social distancing. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This may not be an issue if enough families opt to keep kiddos remote, but as a parent I would want to know that under plan A, safety measures logistically just do not look the same as in B (specifically social distancing while in the classroom)<br><br>Social distancing will take place when possible. We will put procedures and protocols in place to social distance 6ft when possible. This is not a requirement in Plan A, however, we will continue to do so whenever possible. This is what is communicated to parents. You can refer parents or community members to CCS's One Strong Start document if they are interested in reading the specific safety measures recommended and required in each plan. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In plan A/B WMES start time will return to 7:30. Students can begin arriving at 7:00. Buses will dismiss at 2:20 (earlier the first 10 days). Live stream of core for students in Plan C will remain 8:30 to 10:10. Some grade levels may begin earlier than this as determined with grade level and administrative teams. Delivery of EC services will be determined on a case by case basis. Priority of schedule during the 10:10 to 2:00 time will remain the same (EC service time). However, Encore time will also be a factor considered with making individual plans for students. </div>]]></description>

Diane is working to maximize the number of times rooms and bathrooms are cleaned across the building. The schedule will allow for this. <br>Your students can use the bathrooms at other times if needed, the general schedule will allow us to create a master cleaning schedule. </div>]]></description>
