         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is very important to me that I stay in tune with my body and my mental health. I like to call it my (value 1) social battery. I try to stay conscious of when things can become too much and I can't adapt to the setting. When I realize I need to "charge" I save myself from overworking and exhaustion.&nbsp;<br>The big idea is really my "battery". Values of mine that tie into that are motivation, confidence, empathy, and kindness. I try to stay motivated because I know how it felt when I wasn't. I try to stay sensitive and empathetic because I know how it feels to be misunderstood. I try to stay confident; I can't change who I am or what I look like. I try to stay kind because sometimes one nice thing can change everything.</div>]]></description>
