         <description><![CDATA[<div>The shallow DOF is used very well and I like the use of black and white. The different types of bark/trees is also interesting, although two of the trees look pretty similar. The consistency of your compositions is also well implemented. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I really liked the angle you shot at because it allowed for so many of the trees details to show up. Also shooting 4 different trees was cool because each photo had a different look and texture to it even with the pictures having a similar composition. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Look like you forgot allow for comments, Finley. :) If you're not sure how to do that, just ask me and I can help next time we make a project Padlet.&nbsp;<br><br>The consistent angle, lighting, contrast, and b/w toning works really well to tie in all four photos into a cohesive series. The more successful ones are the two that don't have as much blown out sky in them.  The shadowy backgrounds really help the eye concentrate more on the textural elements of the bark whereas the bright background compete with the texture. </div>]]></description>
