His father is called “The Commander” (with the ability to make people do what he commands, like a hypnotist and he also has the ability to manipulate sounds), who has a rather high position as a hero. His parents are not married and instead, he is a child out of wedlock and his mother only used his father because she wanted money. Children are required to be compensated well even if they’re illegitimate and heroes often earn millions. Zamir and his mother stayed in a province when he was a kid. They had a simple two-story house there and they were recognized as one of the rich people in their area. Zamir went to Peaceberry to go to a university and he took up literature. His father sponsored a condominium for him and he also got a monthly allowance. He managed to save up enough allowance that when he graduated, he started a flower shop. In just a year, his business started to grow. He’s still renting the place but the income is stable enough to pay for all his necessities. He is recruited as a villain by the Legion when he was just 19 years old because he was found out to be a small-time criminal - basically, he would beat up rich people and would leave their bruised up bodies in alleyways. He never killed them - no, death would be too sweet of a release but he would make them suffer physically for long periods of time.

In general, Zamir has the aura of someone who can do no wrong and he gives off the same vibe as someone who can make the sun shine brighter with their smile. Towards new people, he is very friendly, cheerful and approachable. He is good at keeping up with conversations and he knows his way out of the awkwardness. There are lots of reasons not to mess with Zamir no matter how harmless he looks not just because you will look like a horrible person preying on the vulnerable but also because he knows how to attack someone physically. He is definitely stronger than he looks and is more dangerous than what he leads on. Despite his reputation, he is very impatient and is very spontaneous, mostly led by his emotions. He shows no mercy to his enemies. He has a hard time empathizing with people but he just thought it was only natural so he never dwells on it. That's why some of his fellow villains are confused why he's called Allure when all he does is point his gun during fights. 
- He isn't familiar with the Legion's vision and mission. The documents were too long to read and the dude who recruited him was babbling technical terms so he just agreed with everything and signed the needed documents. 
- He expresses love with all of the five love languages (acts of service, gifts, quality time, physical touch, words of affirmation) but his personal love language is words of affirmation.
- When using his ability, he will sing a nursery rhyme his mother used to sing to him (Jack and Jill) since he hates listening to music with lyrics ever since he was a teen, giving him no knowledge of lyrics of any other music.
- Growing up with loads of money, he has never been great at budgeting so he relies on the workers of his shop for financing decisions.
