Another skills or quality you need is to be able to get the trustworthiness from the group that you are leading in order for you to be able to get across. You need the trust as you are the one has all the power and the overall decision in what happens.

In the police, been bossy in some cases like a riot can help and the rioters will start to think other wise because showing bossiness can show strength.
When it comes to certain skills like been able to draw can come in handy because lets say there someone that is on the lose but there no pictures or cctv recordings of the person but a bystander had seen his face.
