About 6.1 million of the first iPhone models were sold. Today, around 1 billion people own an iPhone around the whole world. IPhones are used for contact with other people, games, social media, music, and so much more. The iPhone was created because Apple wanted to put ipods (little device to play music) and phones together. The Apple workers worked to put the two together and make it touchscreen. The iPhone affected life then because it made Apple popular and iPhones revolutionized technology. The reason that I chose to research this is because nearly one seventh of the worlds population owns an iPhone. People use them every single day.

Because of its elevation, much of the city was underwater. Many people lost their homes and everything that they had. It caused a lot of death and injury. About 1,800 lives were stolen by the hurricane. I chose to research this because it was said to be the most costly natural disaster in United States history. It cost about 125 billion dollars of damage.

The pentagon was also attacked. The buildings were attacked by terrorists crashing into them. It affected life because many many people died and a lot of people got scared. The attack brought our country together and made it stronger. Airport security and security in general was strengthened because of this event. I chose to research this event because it is very important and we remember it every year.

He was shot by the US forces during a raid on his hideout place. People had been trying to find him for nearly ten years but weren't able to until then. He was the main person behind the September 11 terrorist attacks. It effected life when it happened because he was a threat and so people felt for safe after his death. That is kind of the same now. He is not a threat to us anymore. I chose to research this event because it made our world safer.

It affected life then because it showed black people a little bit more, that they can do the same things white people can. It affects life today because we can benefit from the stuff that he did as president. I chose to research this because this was a very important moment in our history.

This caused a huge uprising of black people because they thought that he was killed just because he was black. There were a lot of riots, protests, sit ins, and more saying that black lives matter. It affected life because stores had to board up their windows, people couldn't drive some places because there were other people blocking the roads, and much more. I chose to research this because it happened just recently and I remember all of it. It is cool that I am living through something that will later be in history books.

It did not affect life when it first came out as much as it does now because phones weren't as big back then so people were not on the app as much. Right now, people spend hours a day on instagram. It affects people because they waste their time on it sometimes. Also, some people make money off of it because they have so many followers. I chose to research this because it is such a big part of our lives today. It is a way to communicate and catch up with other people. It affects life for better and for worse.

(well the people that can afford them) I chose to research this because I think that Tesla cars are our future. I think that they are going to grow and a lot of people are going to have them.

Because it comes from China, a lot of people were skeptical that it is used to spy on people. The US president, Donald Trump, tried to get it shut down but was unsuccessful. It affects life because so many people have it and spend so much time on it and I do not think that that is going to change anytime soon and that is why I chose to research this.

I chose to research this because it is still going on today and has affected my life a ton and it has affected an enormous amount of people throughout the world.
