It may be different at various locations such as at Alastair's mental health facility, he can dress casual because they prefer it in that setting. I couldn't get away with that at the pro bono clinic. So good to know ahead of time.

Instead of wasting time being hard on yourself and comparing yourself to others, use that time to perfect your craft. Take notes, make study guides, and interact with employers so you will learn more. Always remember that we are all learning, and just enjoy the journey!

It's important to listen to our FWE and accept any constructive criticism they give us. If we take in their advice to heart, we grow in areas that contribute to bettering our skills as an OTP.
