Animals in Florida are amazing.

Some of them are, gators, birds, bears, and

many others. Many people come to see these

creatures.

Florida has many different beaches.

People come to the beaches for a

vacation, and to see the coral. There

are also many creatures living in the

ocean. We  do have amazing  beaches.

Cape Canaveral is a very important part of Florida. We

launch many space shuttles there. It is a great place to visit.

The military uses it to test missal launches too.

Walt Disney as you know famous for many things.

One of his greatest accomplishments as we all

know Disney Land. Also for the many cartoons he

made.

Home to many different types of animals.

It's home to alligators and many more.

The everglades is grassy too and home to

the most beautiful animals you could ever

seen.

The Florida Keys is a very pretty place.

It has very pretty beaches to explore.

Florida Keys is called the keys because

chain of many islands that start at the

Southern tip of the state.

Great Depression was a very sorrowful

time. The Stock Market crash and there was

business failures. There was to much unemployment

and not that much money.

Historic Sites in Florida so many to choose. One very famous Historic site is St. Augustine.

Immigrants come from many places.

Some immigrants come from Columbia and Peru

to see Florida. Immigrants are people who move

from one country to another. Some immigrants leavetheir country sometimes to get away from war.

Starting a job in Florida is a great place to start.

it is very inviting and a great place to start a business.

People think it's inviting because there is no personal

income tax.Also because there are many airports and

seaports so it is very easy to ship goods.

The Kennedy Space Center planned and built by

John F Kennedy. Kennedy Space Center is known not

just for launches it is also a tourist attraction. NASA's

first launch was from the Kennedy Space Center.

The Land Boom was when lots of Americans had lots of money.

When the people had all that money they had spent it on vacations,

cars,and new property to own.The people had so much money they

bought property without even seeing it the had so much money. People

even bought property underwater

Quincy is a city in Florida named after John Quincy Adams.The community used to be a busy tobacco center, but by the 1960s the industry declined. The leaders of one of the cities' local banks became extremely successful when they bought stock in the Coca-Cola Company,but at the time was a small company. The Tallahassee Museum of History and Natural Science, Gulf Specimen Aquarium and Marine Laboratory are all located in Quincy.

Reefs a lines of coral or rock that grow

near the surface of water. Reefs are home to many different types of creatures like fish. More than 200 different types of tropical fish live around reefs.

St.Augustine is a very famous

Historic Site. St.Augustine is

home to many different site

seeing attractions. One of them

is Castillo De San Marcos it is

very old and an incredible castle

though.

Tourism is an industry that serves

tourists. Tourism is great to have

because when you have tourists

you can earn lots of money. In the

1960's when a lot more commercial

attractions opened and then that was

when there was lots of tourism

When the U.S. Highway was being built

it was paid by Federal Government.

The highway connected many roads

including ones that went to Key West.

There were many motels and restraunts

along the side of the road to provide food

and shelter for tourists along the road.

The Voting Rights Act in the summer of 1964 and the U.S. Congress voted to end segregation. In 1965 the Voting

Rights Act was passed by congress.

When it was passed as a law it protected the right of citizens so that everyone was able to vote

When the US entered World War II

it was because of the bombing of

Pearl Harbor at Hawaii's Naval Base.

Great Britan, and the Soviet Union.

Then all together they won the war.

The Xanthopastis moth it is found from NorthCarolina and South Carolina to Texas and south to Florida. Some of the moth's characteristics are black patch of scales on the forewing that completely surround the reniform and spots are all part of the moth's characteristics. Wingspan of the moth is 39-45 mm.
