         <title>PREPARING THE TASK (Josu Vergara and Laura Morcillo)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello, we are Josu Vergara and Laura Morcillo and we will work in group in this task.&nbsp;<br><br>We are going to focus the task on three different topics: first Penfriend, second literature and third theater. Each topic is going to be focus on different aspects of the language acquisition: reading (literature), writing/drawing (penfriend) and speaking (theater). The contents that we are going to work on each topic are going to be related to the Basque culture and it’s mythology through Basque, Spanish and English. In this way, children will develop aspect related to the language features as well as aspects of language related to the Common Underlying Proficiency (CUP). This CUP will let the children have a cross-language transfer through Basque, Spanish and English languages.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong>The Penfriend: </strong>The aim of this project is to work on the artistic skill, teaching to the pupils that is another way to express or say something. As we are in Infant Education, they won´t be able to write a letter or an email, but there is another way to “write” that is drawing. If someone is able to write, he/she will write and will also send the drawing. As in the penfriend, each pupil will have a reference student in another city, or maybe country, to share their works and to learn about other cultures. The students will draw and paint the content that will be working on the two other projects, in order to transfer the learning.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong>The Literature project: </strong>In this task we will promote the interaction and help between children of different ages. Children through different ages have very different knowledge of reading. a child from 7 years is able to read stories by his own, whereas, a 4 or 5 years old pupil is not even able to read. That is why we are going to do different projects based on children reading capacity. Children that know reading will prepare a storytelling to the small children while the younger children will work reading through books adapted to their age.&nbsp;</div><div><br><strong>The Theater project: </strong>We want to teach to our pupils that there are multiple choices to express an idea, a feeling, an emotion, the happiness, the anger, the empathy… and fulfill their needs. So, in this project, the students will be working on the speaking language but they will also be able to transfer the knowledge that they have achieve in the other two projects and achieve a successful and meaningful learning.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello to everybody,<br>In my case, as I am in Mexico I think that is better if I work individually because for you can be unconfortable taking into account that we have 7h of difference together with other reasons. <br><br>My aim is to encourage a meaningful development of the three languages (Spanish, English and Basque) through a project. For that, I decided to create a general project that is gastronomy and the final task of the project would be to create a TV program with different recipes and meals of diverse countries. To achieve that final task, students must work on different competences, apart from developing language skills. We can say that they will work on different content too. <br><br>My idea is to encourage the research about Basque, Spanish and English gastronomy. In that way, they can start familiarizing with the language of each country together with the culture. Furthermore, students will work on different language in each project.  <br><br>So, as I said before, the project would be related to the gastronomy of different cultures, they must create a TV program about diverse recipes. . For that, they must develop different skills apart from developing language competences, for example, they must know how to act in front of the camera, they must be able to identify different type of texts, they have to do a research to find information, they have to be able  to explain the things etc. </div><div> </div><div>So, the first project is related to make a research about the gastronomy of diverse countries <strong>(Explore and research project)</strong> . Apart from that, students must know that there are different types of texts, so for that, they will have a project to work on different texts<strong> (Literature project)</strong>.<br><br> To finish,  as I said before, students must know how to talk in front of the camera, how to explain or give instruction etc.  So, to do that, they will have a <strong>performance project.</strong> <br><br><br></div><div> </div>]]></description>

         <title>PREPARING THE TASK (NEREA ROMERO AND AMAIA URQUIZA)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For the final task we are going to prepare 3 different projects, all of they are going to be based in the same topic, feelings and emotions. Drawing from this topic each project will develop different competences and we will work in a different language in each project. We want students to use the three languages (Basque, English and Spanish) in a similar and meaningful context in order to be able to transfer the information from one language to another.<br><br></div><div>In the first project we are going to work with a story. Students will be able to develop their reading skills but we also want to make them think about different feelings and encourage them to talk about their feelings and emotions.<br><br></div><div>In the second project we are going to focus in writing. We want to introduce some words related to feelings and emotions in a foreign language. We will use the words previously seen in the first project. We believe that in this way students will learn in a meaningful context and the will be able to transfer the information from one language to another.<br><br></div><div>In the last project the students are going to do a theater, also based in the same topic. We will try to make a different and funny activity where the students will use what they previously have learned in a playful way. We think that this is the best way to learn.<br><br></div><div>So as I said, the three projects are going to be about the same topic but in each of them we will be working different points.<br><br></div>]]></description>
