         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my Child Psychology class last semester, the professor would make each person meet a new person each day, and move around the room.<br>-She did this to get to know everyone and open up to each other to feel comfortable with one another.<br><br>In ACAD, my professor made sure we had five to ten minutes each class to talk to someone within the class. We were in a learning community and this helped us get to know each other.<br>-She did this to help us make friends with the same people we had two to three of the same classes together to help networking in the future.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In Astronomy, she split the class in small groups to identify different galaxies and try to find out how many light years each are apart from each other.<br>-She does this to see if we are understanding and also to meet classmates for future help in class.<br><br>In my General Psychology class, we had small groups with TAs, and they did this to split up 400 kids so we could understand the content and ask questions.<br>-They did this to make sure we had our questions answered and not interrupt a lecture hall.</div>]]></description>
