Nowadays, many people base their own opinions off of the political party or ideology that they follow.<br>2.Higher income would probably be more associated with the Democratic Party, especially since the left-leaning platforms have started including a $15 minimum wage as a living wage. </div>]]></description>

Maybe they've heard of that person in the past and just like them. But people will vote for whatever will benefit them and what morals they believe in. Income does play a part because those in poverty will less likely support political parties that are full of rich people, and vise versa.</div>]]></description>

I do not think wealth is associated with a party because ive seen wealthy people be in separate parties while poor people in opposite parties as well. Im not sure on percentages though. And i think its just because of certain opinions tbh.</div>]]></description>

This kind of identification is important as it allows for representation of the masses in an indirect democracy. A higher income is definitely correlated to whether or not someone is a certain political party. Although this is not always the case, typically the higher the income, the greater chance they belong to the Republican Party. Some people choose their party based on political belief or potential monetary gain for themself. I believe that a higher income could reflect the imbalance between both political parties, tying the majority ethnicity of the "average republican" to a disproportionate amount of people of color that are democrats.</div>]]></description>
