Some ways to increase a teacher’s salary is to coach, substitute, tutor, run a club, and proctor the SAT’s. 

My thoughts about teacher salaries is that they don't get paid very much. It makes me glad that they decided to stand up for themselves because it lead to an increase in their salaries. Teachers help us become the people we want to be in the future. Teachers deserve so much more credit. The starting teacher's salary is about $53,000 a year. Having kids, paying rent, and debts are not cheap.

He is very aggressive in his discipline style. In one scene in the movie he screams at a girl and slams her desk several times. His strategies don’t seem to work at the beginning but throughout the movie they start to become effective as he makes some changes. I don’t think I could use the same strategies because i’m too nice.

He puts an emphasis on being a “family” in class. After many trials and errors he understands what makes the kids happy and sticks with those strategies. He cares about the kids’ learning and makes them want to care about their learning too. 

I would be extremely overwhelmed but I would persevere like Ron Clark because some of the ugliest things can have the most beautiful outcomes and I think thats where the movie is heading.

My favorite scene was when the kids found out their test scores were higher than the other classes. They were so happy.

Not only does it teach that kids should listen to their elders, but it teaches parenting strategies that parents can use for their kids. The movie has a strong message and is actually very entertaining to watch.
