I agree with what Dr. Brene Brown said about we have to overcome our shame of being a failure. This is because with the nature of shame it will cause us to be less confident in ourselves. Everyone does not run away in making mistakes. Failure is a starting point for a person to succeed. Therefore, we must always be confident in ourselves and ignore any criticism or perception of others against us.

Yes, I feel I can do better when I failed before because failure teaches us a lesson to be better next time. As we all know, we as human beings will not always be on top and sometimes we will also feel like failure. With that failure, we can plan strategies as well as we will rise to be more useful people 

I learned on how to created resume properly. We must be creative to create a resume so that the Human Resource will be interested when looking and reading our resume. The profile picture must clear. Each resume content must be concise  and a maximum of 2 pages. In addition, he said that references in the resume should not put the lecturer's phone number where it will interfere with the lecturer's  time.

Mr. Jimmy also told that we should make preparations before going for the interview. We must know and find out a little about the company we want to interview. We must also memorize everything related to the company and also the scope of our work.

The strategy that I will use to find the job is 'machine gun' strategy. This strategy will make it easier for me as a fresh graduate to get a job. I can send to all companies without change any specific information. So that I will be easy to get the job.
