It is a really good and comprehensive tool thats really needed to understand our clients better. It might take awhile to familiarise the questions. With practice, we can flow it well in our conversation with our clients naturally.

I learned that InterRAI is a standardized assessment tool used to collect detail information about a person’s health, physical condition .I realized that doing the assessment correctly is very important every detail we ask and record matters.

interRAI is an interesting tool with a lot of questions for assessments. What took me aback was the amount of questions, 285 esp with someone who is new to it. It can be overwhelming for not just the worker, also for the clients.

Long and tedious but I think once familiarise with it should be easy already. Lecturers are good and are easy to follow.

Super tired after travelling for 2 hour 15 min to reach., carrying laptop n standing all the way in Bus and MRT...

But the session overcome my tiredness. Engaging, comprehensive and skills to interview clients were shared.

Tea break was good. But it would be good if earlier in the morning.
