         <description><![CDATA[<p>CM- 23cm</p><p>IN- 8in.</p><p><br></p><p>Both sides of the ruler did not give me the same value. I say this because the CM gave me 23cm and the Inches gave me 8 inches. </p><p><br></p><p>The ruler that helped me become more detailed was the CM side because it allowed me to know the exact cm my diary measured. </p>]]></description>

However placing the cylinder on our eye level can give us the accurate measurement of the water poured. </p></li><li><p>A technique is by fixating your head or the cylinder to your eye level to find the accurate and correct measurement.</p></li></ol>]]></description>
