We also get a lot of detail about their friendship, which the narrator talks a lot about in this book.  <br><br>It quickly becomes clear that Gordon is supposed to be Stephen King and threw Gordon Stephen King also tells the story of his own career.  </div>]]></description>

However he ends up going to college where he  studies law.  He gets stabbed in the throat, while trying to break up a fight. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Generally Stephen King used the experience he has from his own life when he wrote The Body. It is shown in form of:</div><div><br></div><div>Gordon is a successful writer whose books are made into movies like Stephen King. </div><div><br></div><div>When Stephen King was a child he wrote a story called Stud City, and it got published. In The Body Gordon publish the same story as Stephen king. In that way Stephen King and Gordon is the same person.</div><div><br></div><div>Stephen King was born in Portland, Maine, and this is the setting of “The Body”. </div><div><br></div><div>When Stephen King was four years old he experienced something which the central event in The Body is based on. He experienced that the one he was playing with got hit by a train. Although Stephen King doesn’t really remember the incident it may have affected him subconsciously. Back then he went home and was totally shocked. Couldn’t even speak or tell about the incident with his parents.  </div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>The story takes place in Castle Rock, Maine in 1960. </li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>The story occurs in different places, there is more than one physical place, as the boys are on an adventure and they go through different trials and different places.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>Furthermore, the story lasts about three days and takes place in the late summer. </li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>We know that the story takes place in the year 1960, as the narrator mentions it several times in the text.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>The setting is described in details. Stephen involves the environment as a kind of symbolism and comparison to the specific situation, for instance, the river the weather. </li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
