Sarah: adults are similar to students. Less is more is important. We try to cram a lot in whether it's 60 or 90 minutes. There is a limit to the sit and get and how much they can absorb. Like the 3 things: 1. Print and Online 2. Results 3. Blended Learning

Connect well with the audience so that the audience understands the why, how the platform will meet the teacher's immediate needs and student needs, how well that the teacher feels about what was learned in the training and that the learning can be applied right away in the classroom.
