After these 2 days, I realise critical thinking isn’t just about being smart it’s about slowing down, asking better questions, and not jumping to conclusions. It helps me see things more clearly and make better decisions instead of reacting based on emotions or assumptions. I feel like I can think more calmly and not just go with whatever’s in my head first. Thanks Sir Jonny stay healthy and ong ong! m🫶🏻

I can learn something that sometimes we cannot automatically(reactive) solved the problem but also need to use critical thinking (proactive) to solved the problem weather in work place or in our daily life

As an introverted person, this class has impacted me a lot, especially in terms of confidence in decision making procedure. Mr Johnny Yap has provided an excellent coursework and lectures of the importance of thinking well, specifically ways to solve a problem such as Brainstorming to find ways of solving problems. We have gained valueable insight on this lesson

Really enjoy to learn about Critical Thinking situation with Sir Johnny. And for this 2 days I have a learn a new things and make me feel comfortable with this class. At first I feel will be boring but I judge to early Hahah! So sorry about that Sir. You give us a good topic to talk and play some quiz with a good gift. So appreciate! And about this Critical Thinking topic I confident can handle myself from being stress and be more cool down.

I enjoyed the class and the moments we shared together. We learned many new things throughout the training. I gained more confidence in everything I do because I now have critical thinking strategies to solve any problem in the future after this. From this critical thinking process I learned the value of asking questions. Listening carefully and challenging ideas in a respectful way. It help me see that better decisions come when we think deeper and work together. I became more confident in expressing my thoughts and learned to stay focused on solving.
