The Cons of this method: The main con is that they don't have the best percentage. They are only effective 88% of the time, even if used correctly. They can cause urinary tract infections, and will not protect against sexually transmitted diseases.

The price for one of these is around 85 dollars, but with insurance it can be free.

As for statistics, It came back from the 1990's, and has come back recently.
