In my opinion, cultural practices must be respected, because we are not sure that our culture, religion or way of life is the best. I agree that it should not go against human rights, since it means that it also it is harming human integrity, however, the positive points of each culture must be studied and critically analyzed, because as I mentioned before, one of the most beautiful qualities that human beings have are cultures. As it appeared in the video at minute 2:46, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is being accepted throughout the world and this seems very good to me, because there are cultures that abuse some people and I do not agree with that, such as what is mentioned at minute 2:16, I do not agree that there are practices that allow harm to other living beings for fun or senseless regardless of cultural practices or beliefs.

I believe that cultural differences should not be respected above human rights, because many cultures handle punishments and treatment of people that change the course of human rights, making a world less unequal and without progress. In my opinion, the right to freedom of expression is a right that no culture should prohibit, and as they explain in the video at 3:10, in many countries these rights are reduced to just reporting certain things. Another opinion is about private property, I think it is a fundamental right that every citizen must have to obtain their property and that the government is not interested in achieving this, for example at minute 4:30 they explain how the indigenous have shared land, I think which is very complicated because people are not united. To conclude, I believe that all people have the right to human dignity, as they explain at minute 6:35, in many cultures, especially in the church, they are discriminating against people for feeling attraction to people of the same gender, and this is not it should be to humiliate or insult people

The people make a lot of damanged to children who still can't say, most of mutilation in children are done in culture lacking education. in the video in 1:03 the article 3 "everyone has the right to life, liberty and the security of person" for this i thing that the people are making wrong the traditions but we aren't npthing, the culture is being made for a lot of time

In my view Human rights should be accepted in every country but human rights shouldn't be over the cultural practices or beliefs, and cultural practices or beliefs shouldn't be over the human rights because some cultutal practices that do harm the dignity of humans as it was mentioned in the video in 6:47 and giving as example the female genitale mutilation that is seen as normal practice in africa but for the rest of the world is an harmful practice, and also some cultural practies that we called as a normal practice in our countries could be an harmful practice or not normal for african people, so there is cultural shock. Talking about article 19 about the right of freedom of expression and speech, that right should have limits, for example in minute 3:00 he said that in terms of implementation in different countries those countries might draw a different limits because they might define a hate speech in a different way. But i think that cultures should evolve and adapt to human rights and accept them and this will help to an global understanding of human rights as it was mentioned in the video in 6:00 in how they can be implemented in different places around the world grows and adapts as well

I think culture it's more than the practices that violates human rights, the beliefs and the traditions are need to be remember like a memory from the past, incapable for making part of the decisions, because currently humanity is needing to be in the same page of what things are wrong and change them. For me practices based on "ways of living" area excuses to keep the power over other people, since how it's says in the minute 0:50, the access to human rights can not be granted in race, gender, sex or other status, but these practices are made by a specific group to another, for example, the rules that are currently affecting women in Afghanistan are made by men. In my opinion all the speeches based on traditional thinking and their values are hate speeches, because what inspires violence are opinions and personal beliefs showed like facts. According to the minute 3:00 to 4:00, when the acceptation of a speech depends of the culture, the limits can not be clear, but it doesn't make them ok, for example, the reactions of a speech that says puting gay men in jail for being gay are different in Norway and Irak,

I think that cultural beliefs and forms should be respected up to a certain limit, as it says in the video (0:29), freedom and life are fundamental rights of every human being regardless of their gender or religion, but in many countries they fundamental rights are violated by culture. For example, in Middle Eastern countries they say that women should not study and thus freely their right to education is being violated by the government, because of their relativity(2:02). Another example is Korea where people are prohibited from making a negative comment against the president because they are punished (3:24). Finally, culture should not be eliminated, it should be controlled by organizations so that they fulfill the rights of every human being.

I believe that culture is an important part of our society, it represents our history, our traditions and our people; but also, i think that culture cannot go against human rights, if any cultural tradition contradicts any of the human rights, it should be discarded nonetheless, as it's actually harmful for many of the people involved.
It's stated in minute 0:45 that human rights are granted to every person without looking at their nationality, gender or ethnicity, this is because the intention of human rights it's to protect everyone, everywhere around the world.
In minute 1:50 the guy in the video starts explaining what is relativism and why it's relevant to the global concept of human rights; in general, relativism gives the possibility for human rights to bend and/or change in some cases, more specifically when they contradict any culture, in which case, human rights can change or be omitted in respect for tradition.
Around minute 6:10 an explanation about every country's own sovereignty is happening, and it clears up some concepts related to the enforcing of human rights; since every country can make decisions of their own, they can also choose to follow or not the human rights, usually they comply and make sure to protect them, but it's not a given, as there's precedence of multiple countries violating human rights.

I believe that human rights should be protected and implemented, but they need to respect the culture and for this reason human rights might change in their implementation depending on the place;as referred to in the video at 6:03. But, long as human dignity isn't violated by culture. It' isn't possible that is happening a genocide and this is allowed because is an culture product, like was expressed in the video in the minute 2:18. When the barbarie is being excused by the culture, human rights are trampled; it was mentioned in the video in the minute 2:26 when explaining the pure relativism: "which would go very much against the spirit of human rights". For this reason, I think human rights should be respected over culture.

I think that cultural practices should change, even if they are really old or generalized there are some cultures that still have toxic ideas and are menacing the human dignity or gives a privilege for someone, for example in the minute 4:29 he talks about the indigens territory, but this wouldn´t be a privilege if the state gifts them territory only for being indigens, but then a bias is being created because they can´t enter the society so easy, so we need to inprove faster in that fields, the good thing is that as he says in the minute 6:25 the countries are improving this idea of the human rights, but there is still a lot of things that are happening to people that doesn´t really deserve that and that has to be our objective

From my point of view, the humans right should be respected and implemented depending on the culture or the country where it is established because it's so important to respected the cultures and in the video in 5:45 said that the cultures are not static, these keep changing by globalization and through time, so cultures adapt and evolve to changing circumstances and so our global understanding of rights and how they can be implemented in various different places around the world grows and adapts as well. In addition, I think that human rights helps to have a better life but for each culture or country the good and the bad will be different, due to their culture and education, that is why some of the universal rights cannot be the same throughout the world because not all cultures are the same, and what is good for some may be bad for others

13. I think that all the human rights have to be respected, because are things that the authority let us to do, but some rights in cultures like muslims are very conservatives and more than anything for women, and I´m not agree with that too, because it doesn´t exist the equality in that rights. For example in the video the article 19 in 3:05 say that everybody have the right to freedom of opinion and expression, and in some cultures that right isn´t respected.
